Joining Our Meetup Group

Did you know a group just went to San Diego for the Rock N Roll? Or do you know who is planning to go to San Diego for the America's Finest run in August? Stay up to date on who is running what run and what social events are happening. If you want to see what run, events or social gatherings are coming up, you can look at the website calendar, or you can join the meetup group and see who is taking part. Just click here and join the group. We now have over sixty members on the site, but we need all our active members to really make it work well.

Be a Saturday Leader

What: SATURDAY MORNING ICED WATER
When: JULY, AUGUST & SEPTEMBER
Where: Bethany Home Rd / Central Av - Phoenix
We're looking to fill the remainder of our schedule of Saturday morning Arizona Frontrunners summer walks/runs with volunteers to bring iced water.
JULY 2010:
AUGUST 2010:
SEPTEMBER 2010:
You can volunteer individually or you can pair up with someone (ala Walt Hall and Mike Wilkins in April). Arizona Frontrunners will provide you the official, super sexy orange-colored Home Depot water cooler/dispenser and cups.
So how about it? Would you be willing to help us out Saturday mornings in JULY, AUGUST or SEPTEMBER?

Also, we're always looking for folks interested in making announcements or leading our post-run stretching, so if you'd like to volunteer for either or both, please e-mail Scott.

Mt Lemon Marathon and Half
| Run the Oct 17th Mt Lemmon marathon or 1/2 for Muscle Milk for only $50!
You get race entry, a training program, structured group training runs, a 12 pk sampler of Muscle Milk, a MM visor/race belt, pre-race dinner and a 1 night stay at a Tucson Hampton Inn (2 people to each room). You MUST wear the MM brand visor/race belt during the race. :) This offer is for only 45 runners.
